Montel Williams! “I’ll Be Smoking Weed Until The Day I Die”

July 6, 2010 Front Page 1 Comment

Similar to the popular “smoke weed everyday” lyric from Nate Dogg, Montel Williams is blunt in how he explains the daily process of “medicating” himself.

“I’ll Be Smoking Weed Until The Day I Die” is surely a bold statement to make on camera, especially being a man of Montel’s distinction. But honestly, if there were more “smokespersons”or people that would speak out about the positive effects it has on them, the results could change on how we treat this so called a drug. On his show, Montel adamantly destroyed myths about medical marijuana users being lazy and unproductive by saying, “The difference between me being a taxpaying citizen of this country and being at home and drawing off of your money is consuming medicinal marijuana in the evening to be able to work the next day.”

This morning I got word that Alori Joh passed away and like most people who knew of her work or knew her personally, I’m speechless. #NewMusic: Mac Miller “Death of the Emcee”

January 28, 2012

Mr. Peter Parker and DJ Whoo Kid have joined forces to produce for some and introduce to others, “FRATRAP.” Mac Miller is a perfect addition to the ensemble. While Jay-Z was so adamant about bringing death to auto-tune, Mac is more focused on the emcee. Don’t spoil your dinner, but get a taste of what’s [...]

Youth Voting Trends in Republican Presidential Primaries

January 26, 2012

With three different winners in three different primaries, it appears that the Republican presidential nominee is still anyone’s guess.  However, there is one interesting trend in the Republican primaries. Compared to 2008, overall voter turnout has remained low, but whom young voters are supporting says more about the voters than the party. In Iowa, 18,000 [...]

Luenell Checks In w/ 99Problems about Voting for Obama, AGAIN!

January 16, 2012

While on set for Snoop’s GGN, I bumped into one of the funniest female comics in the country, Luenell. You may know her name from various urban films such as “Think Like A Man,” “35 & Ticking” or even Katt Williams’ “American Hustle” DVD. If you’ve ever seen her perform, you’re not going to be [...]

[UPDATE] Ted Williams: Man With Golden Voice

January 13, 2012

Remember Ted Williams, the guy with the amazing voice that ended up homeless until he was discovered via viral video outlets? Well, he’s doing better than a lot of us and he’s quick to attribute all of his success and sobriety to God. I, myself, am glad this turned out to be positive. Several rumors [...]
