2pac Loved Biggie!!!!

September 2, 2010 Front Page No Comments

Or at least he loved the way he rapped so it seems. While scanning Worldstar for its rare videos that inspire, empower, or educate, I came across Pac and Big’s infamous freestyle from 1993 which was being featured as a throwback video of the week. It’s just so sad to see this and know that eventually they would fall out and participate in one of the most notorious hip hop feuds of our time.

If we’ve learned anything from these two, its to put the guns down and pick up a mic!

#NewMusic: Blu “Jesus”

February 5, 2012

It’s safe to say on this Sunday morning that we could all use a lil bit of Jesus, whether it be a scripture or even some sort of divine intervention. At least I could but would that be enough? Blu, the LA-based rapper, taps into his spiritual realm and crowns Jesus as the focus of [...]

#NewMusic: Don Trip “Cheers”

February 2, 2012

Don Trip has proven to be one of the South’s best kept secrets. While he continues to deliver with the energy of a freshmen emcee, the maturity of the subject matter in his music puts him in a separate lane. He begins the track making reference to his fight for parental rights, and proceeds with [...]
