Flex dropped a bomb featuring a collaboration of a couple of the hottest artists in the game which just a preview of what is yet to come from Breezy’s upcoming album, Fortune, which is set to be released May 18th. Years after Chris Brown savagely beat Rihanna, there is no shortage of offensive commentary on their relationship. This one really takes the cake though.
A Georgia restaurant took it upon themselves to create the “black and bleu” sandwich to commemorate their tumultuous relationship, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution:
“In promoting the sandwich Chops & Hops tweeted that “@chrisbrown, @rihanna and us teamed up for a award winning celebrity sandwich.”
‘Chris Brown won’t beat you up for eating this unless your name starts with a R and ends with A,’ the tweet said.
The ‘black and bleu’ sandwich featured Caribbean spiced marinated sliced ribeye blackened, bleu cheese, sliced tomato, silver Lamborghini onions and shredded Romaine.”
After receiving backlash from across the blogosphere, the restaurant apologized and promised to make a donation to a domestic violence prevention group. The decision reflects exactly what modern-day damage control means: the publicized payment of hush money to the offended constituency.
