[WATCH] Dee-1 “Master P” *Official Video*

How many heroes did you have coming up? For me, not many. The Huxtables weren’t realistic enough for me to buy into and the Obama’s weren’t on the main stage. When it came down to black success in hip-hop, Master P was the poster child for it. Before there was Jay-Z, Master P was face of black entrepreneurship. Talk about coming from nothing. Master P came out of the notorious Caliope projects in what was once the murder capitol, New Orleans.

Dee-1, who was more like fam than a fan considering the geographical relationship between the two, has created and produced a song paying homage to the mogul. We featured his “Master P” song a few weeks back and now we’re providing you with the visual which was shot in the infamous Havenwoods neighborhood in Milwaukee, WI. Shouts out to Snapback Roni!
